Kansas Child and Adult Protective Services: Recognizing, Reporting and Supporting

Many Kansas mandated reporting professionals work with both adult and child populations. This training is presented by both Kansas Children's Service League, who will cover mandated reporting as it relates to children, and the Kansas Department for Children and Families, who will cover mandated reporting as it relates to adults. Participants will have opportunities to ask questions as well as understand their role not just as a mandated reporter, but as a supporter of populations they work with and of those living in their communities. This training is NOT approved by KDHE for child care licensing hours. Participants will receive a certificate of attendance, which other licensing bodies will accept.
